How to create a Melted Lightsaber Effect
 Simply put, this prop uses orange lights, tinfoil, water bottles, clear packing tape, aluminum tape, spray foam, paint, and a lightsaber! |  Using the aluminum tape, the aluminum foil is reinforced to add stiffness. The lights are then taped down. |  The water bottles assist in keeping the lights from melting the foam and also allow the light from being covered too much from the foam. |

 Great stuff spray foam is ready to create the molten metal effect. |  |  Spray paint is applied |
 Coat the entire surface of the foam in 2-part epoxy to seal the foam for painting. |  |  |
 Simple lightsabers are trimmed to size. |  The lightsaber is placed inside the foam. |  |
 In the dark, this prop has a great glow effect. |
