Step #1

Create the frame for your Circus Wagon out of PVC in the dimensions that work for your space. For us, we planned on putting this prop to the side of our porch for photo-ops.

Next, add legs for the wagon to stand up on. To do this, we attached to on the sides and two in the middle.

Next, create the bars for your circus wagon. To do this, we cut the top of our PVC pipes at an angle so that it made it easy to screw them in.

Repeat Step #3 for both the top and bottom of each one of the bars.

This is what your circus wagon should look like after Step #3.

Step #4

Now, attach two large sheets of cardboard to the sides of the wagon.

To secure these sheets, we used a drill to screw them to the PVC pipes and then cut the excess material off.

Step #5

Using grey duct tape, we covered each of the bars. To do this, we measured the strips of tape to be the same length as the bars, and used two to wrap around each individual bar.

Step #6

Then, create the top and bottom piece around the frame. To do this, we cut out the shapes we wanted using pink foam. This is where we put the name of the circus.
